Sexually Transmitted Diseases = STDs

Here is a brief list of some of the most common STDs that teens face along with the most deadly of them all HIV AIDS. 

HPV
= Human Papillomavirus = Genital warts usually appear as a small bump or group of bumps in the genital area.   Incurable disease.

Chlamydia = This is often known as the “silent” disease as in many people it produces no symptoms.

Herpes = Genital herpes is passed on through skin contact with a person infected with the virus, most frequently during sex. An incurable disease.

Gonorrhea = This is one of the most commonly sexually transmitted diseases. It is possible to be infected with gonorrhea and have no symptoms.

Hepatitis A = The most common of the seven hepatitis and the most serious.

Syphilis
= A venereal infectious sexual disease.

HIV AIDS = A deadly disease that kills with no cure.
